The Goodtime Johnnies

Last November, I spent the whole month at home drawing whatever I felt like everyday. It had been something I daydreamed about doing everyday at work for years. I ended up with about 60 or 70 drawings like these ones I was happy with. As I add color I will keep posting.

These guys are rad. I like the guy smoking the cig at the top. It looks like a casual portrait where you captured him mid-sentence in a conversation.

It would be cool if you could make an art book. I always thought the alphabet series you were doing a while ago would make an awesome book too.

There was a crooked old man
with a crooked old smile
got caught by the beard
by a kid that smoked cigars.

I love it!
